Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries
- ½ cup grapes
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 Tbs flax seed
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 large Medjool Date
- ½ -1 cup water
Instructions
Blend all ingredients, adding water slowly as needed. Serve and drink immediately!
