Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • ½ cup grapes
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Tbs flax seed
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 large Medjool Date
  • ½ -1 cup water

Instructions

Blend all ingredients, adding water slowly as needed. Serve and drink immediately!
